Assorted Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 15-ounce cans of Green Valley Garbanzo Beans, drained, rinsed & patted dry

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Honey Cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Parmesan

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • 2 tablespoons parmesan, grated

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • Spicy

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • Smoky

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1½ teaspoons sea salt

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Rinse and drain garbanzo beans, then blot with a paper towel to remove any excess liquid.

  3. In a large bowl, toss garbanzo beans with olive oil and desired spices.

  4. Spread evenly on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until crisp, around 30-40 minutes.
